FUlly Prepared Postpartum Package
During an initial consultation, we will discuss your health history, your feeding goals, and address any issues or questions you may have. We will assess a nursing and/or bottle-feeding session based on your needs. We can also observe a pumping session to help optimize milk output and comfort. Together, we will create a plan that is realistic and manageable.
Follow-up support is also included for 2 weeks after the consultation via email or our messaging platform.
Initial In-Home
Breastfeeding Consultation

This highly recommended workshop is a great opportunity not only to learn the basics of breastfeeding but also to better understand normal infant behaviour. We will discuss current evidence-based information that will provide you with useful skills to optimize your infant's feeding journey. Some of the topics covered include: benefits of breastfeeding, significance of the first hour after birth, signs that your baby is getting enough, paced bottle feeding and when to be concerned.
This workshop is currently being offered privately but virtually, allowing you to stay comfortable in your home.
